Returns Policy
 
Our money back gurantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item or a credit against another item if so wished.
 
Defective Items
 
If in the unlikely event you are returning an item sent in mistake or which is defective or damaged and notify us within 48 hrs of receipt of such an item we will gladly refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us and any delivery charge made to you in error, or if being replaced due to damage do so free of charge for the replacement item and discount our normal postal cost amount from the replacement item to cover your return postal charge for the returned item.
 
To Return Items
 
Please enclose a note giving the reason for return. Use the original supplied packaging to return, in the case of a damaged package then where possible a photo would be appreciated enclosed or Jpeg via e-mail. Please ensure all items including Certificates, ect are included. Then return item to address as shown above.
 
Please note that the returns policey as indicated here does not effect your statutory rights.
 
Cancelling an Order
 
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel any contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all products as shown on the site, other than remarqued prints or a commissioned original piece of artwork.
 
To cancel the contract, ensure you write a note to include with the return of the item, giving the reason for return as " Cancellation of Contract Under The Distance Selling Act ". Please package the item securely and send it to us within seven working days that the item was delivered to you. The return address can be found above.
 
For your security it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note you will be responsible for any return cost unless the item was delivered in error or the product is faulty. If we do not recieve the item back from you with the enclosed note stating reason for the cancellation as above, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should note that once the process for return delivery begins you will be unable to cancel any such contract you have made with us for return of the item such as postage and packaging. As soon as the item is recieved with notice of cancellation of the order we will refund the relevant purchase price for that order.
 
Payments
 
Payments can be made via the web site or ordering over the phone and speaking direct to a member of the Gallery itself. You can also download an order form for making your payments by cheque if required, although please note no item is dispatched until said cheque has cleared which can take several days.
 
Payments can be made using UK Pounds Sterling other Currencies accepted via the website based upon prevailing exchange rates at the time of purchase.
